Our Team

At Outdoor Genius we are passionate about the benefits of outdoor learning, particularly for young people. We believe that it is essential to incorporate time spent outside into every child’s educational journey whether that is through activities at school, in the local area or further afield.

By developing programmes and activities that link with the National Curriculum for school groups, and offering team building opportunities for adult groups we aim to encourage everyone to experience the genius of the outdoors!

We pride ourselves on our high quality delivery, personal service to customers and commitment to developing new and innovative educational programmes.

Our Staff

team-1

NCS staff team 2016!

We work with a range of highly qualified and experienced freelance instructors to help us deliver our programmes.

Each year we also train a group of new outdoor instructors to help us deliver our 6 week programme of NCS activity camps. This provides valuable real world learning for students at the University of Derby and offers an insight into the professional world of work.
